The Scholastic Aptitude Test is an entrance exam most colleges and universities use to make admissions decisions. The SAT is a multiple-choice, computer-based test created and administered by the College Board. The SAT measures a high school student's readiness for college and gives colleges a common data point to compare applicants. 

The American College Testing is a US college entrance testing program that focuses on four areas: English, Mathematics, Reading, and Science Reasoning. Most universities will accept either the SAT I or ACT scores.

The PSAT (Preliminary SAT) is a standardised digital practice test that helps students prepare for the SAT and qualify for the National Merit Scholarship Program
