UHMC Early College

The Early College Program is a partnership between the Department of Education and the University of Hawaii System which allows academically qualified juniors and seniors to enroll in college classes (100 level and above) and have them count as part of their high school and college Liberal Arts coursework. (This applies to the University of Hawaii and may/may not apply to other colleges/universities.) Students may take courses at the University of Hawaii Maui College during the Fall, Spring or Summer semesters. Students are responsible for tuition, fees, and transportation and scholarships are also available for students who are on free/reduced lunch. See your counselor for more information.

Interested students must attend one of the workshops offered in October (for Spring Term) and/or February (for Fall Term). Dates can be found on the BHS College & Career Calendar.
