Welcome to the BCSD Instructional Technology Department's website! Our goal is to guide you on a exploration of various digital resources, informational guides and technical support that you will need to have a successful start in the Baldwin County Schools.
The resources on this site are a combination of tutorials, weblinks and videos on all of the programs, software and other resources that are utilized in the Baldwin County School System as well as some useful tips that new teachers to our system should know!
The BCSD uses Google Workspace for Education. Google Classroom is our primary Learning Management System.

When you use a browser, like Chrome, it saves some information from websites in its cache and cookies. Clearing them fixes certain problems, like loading or formatting issues on sites.
This can often be the cause of issues logging in to some programs such as Infinite Campus. Click HERE for instructions on how to clear cookies.
ClassLink is the Single Sign-On (SSO) platform that is used by the BCSD for easy access to web and Windows applications. ClassLink solves the problem of too many passwords, and too many files scattered about. It’s a one click single sign-on solution that gives students and teachers access to everything they need to learn, anywhere, with just one password. ClassLink can also roster your classes in various programs and applications that you use daily.
Once you’ve logged in to your Baldwin Google account, you can find ClassLink in your BCSD bookmarks folder on your bookmark tab.
A few things to know:
Log into ClassLink with the same username and password that you use to log into your computer. You will see numerous apps on your Launchpad that you can simply click without entering a username and password again.
Your classes are rostered for you in most apps within ClassLink. Grades K-3 have Quickcards (QR codes) to log into ClassLink and grades 5-12 can log in using ‘firstname.lastname’ and their student number/lunch number as their password.
New students may not immediately show up in ClassLink. After a student has been in your gradebook for TWO days, they should be in all ClassLink programs.
Any issues with students logging in or not showing in ClassLink after two days should be created as a ticket in Incident IQ.
How to See Your Classes in ClassLink

You can find ‘Incident IQ’ in the BCSD bookmarks tab once you’ve logged into Google or
Incident IQ is also on your ClassLink launchpad.
