As Bala Vikasa turns 30 this February, our Pearl Anniversary and Foundation Day celebrations kicked off to a glorious start with the leadership, the program heads, and the functional leads finalizing the organizational vision for the future through strategic planning exercises. A hi-impact pioneer of successful sustainable rural community-led interventions, Bala Vikasa envisions becoming the leading knowledge-based development expert in India over the next 5 years.

The esteemed members of our Board, including Mr Basani Marreddy, Indra Reddy Nomula, Ramana Gupta, Suresh Singareddy, Prakash Reddy, congratulated the staff for working hard and being instrumental in helping the organization achieve this significant milestone, shared the five-year Strategic Plan, and inspired the staff to keep up the momentum to help achieve greater development goals. The staff then bonded over team-building games that boosted employee morale.

Amidst great bonding and bonhomie, the excited and talented BalaVikasa staff, executive leadership, and even the board members, actively participated in a variety of indoor and outdoor sports. As part of the Foundation Day celebrations, competitions were held in chess, cricket, and volleyball, kabaddi, sack race, tug-of-war, and skipping. The winners were awarded prizes.
