BVS makes a clear distinction between Indian citizens who are non-resident but returning to India and foreign citizens holding PIO / OCI documents.
In both cases priority is accorded to those families who are already in India on the application issue day and living close to our school. For foreign passport holders there is an additional levy, please check with the school directly when you visit with us.
Both parents and child(ren) must be physically available on campus to attend the interaction session if shortlisted.
While we will make every effort to accommodate NRI's OR OCI /PIO's, due to extremely high application volumes it is not possible for the parents to pre-book a slot or to reserve a place without going through the entire admission process. Your application is treated on par with our locally resident families.
If you own/rent a home in chennai, you can apply with us using the proof of ownership/lease document for your residence details , however you have to be physically available on site in the 2nd week of February if your application is shortlisted.
An appropriate Long term VISA (OR) OCI / PIO document is mandatory for children holding foreign passport. In accordance with local regulations, tourist and other short term visa holders will not be eligible for enrollment.
