Application forms will be issued on this day. Parents (or) their friends/relatives will have to visit the school on Feb 9th, 2026 from 9.00 a.m onwards and produce the registration number starting with ENQ….., received via SMS / Email . Please check your spam folder and add noreply@babajividhyashram.org to your contact list to make sure mails flow to the primary inbox.
An application link will be sent to the registered mail id after verifying your registration number.
Fully filled application form with relevant documents should be submitted online within 24 hrs. For the list of documents, refer to the last page.
Please note that the link will be active only for 24 hours to upload the filled in application with all documents.
This year, for your convenience, we have opened multiple tour dates across December and January. In past years, the school tour was conducted as a single-day event; however, due to high admission registrations, with a view to make the process more flexible and parent-friendly, we have extended the schedule to allow you to select a date that best suits your availability.
Limited slots are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please ensure that you make use of the booked date and time, as alternative dates may not be available.
Parents who were unable to book December and January slots or are currently out of station have one final opportunity to register for the School Tour scheduled on 11 February 2026. Please note that this slot can be booked only through the application form.
Parents and children applying for admission are encouraged to make use of this opportunity to learn more about the school.
To join the school tour, you will have to provide the QR code you receive upon booking your slot.
Any questions regarding the application form (or) mandatory papers required will be addressed at the end of your school tour.
Refreshments (food & beverages) will be available for sale at the school tuck shop on this day.
Upon successful shortlisting of the application form, you will receive a PDF of your filled-in application form to the registered mail. Please keep a printed copy of this document with you during the interaction.
The admission office will communicate about the schedule for student evaluation via SMS / EMAIL. Post-evaluation, it is mandatory for both parents and the child to attend the interaction session with the committee members as per the slot provided. Please carry original documents and photocopies of documents along with the hard copy (printout) of the application form for verification purposes.
The entire admission process may take a few hours and hence parents are advised to come prepared for the same. Snacks, food & beverages will be available for sale at the school tuck shop.
At the end of the meeting with the committee, parents will be informed about the admission status.
Please note that enrollment formalities including payments will be completed the same day. Your enrollment is complete once admission is granted and the fee is paid.
(Preference would be given to applicants who live within 3.5 kilometres of the school, or who declare in writing their intention to move within this radius).
