The Company believes equine development and support are most effective when appropriately coordinated with the horse's established care team.
Depending upon the horse and requested service, the Company may request veterinary clearance, veterinary instructions, medical information supplied by the owner, or authorization to communicate with members of the horse's established care team.
Veterinary clearance does not transfer responsibility for veterinary diagnosis or treatment to the Company.
Every horse is different.
Statements regarding movement, development, conditioning, recovery, performance, nutrition, behavior, or other outcomes are not guarantees.
Results may vary according to the horse's health, age, conformation, previous history, workload, training, nutrition, environment, veterinary care, owner compliance, and other factors outside the Company's control.
Photographs, videos, messages, forms, or descriptions submitted electronically cannot necessarily provide the information available through an in-person assessment.
Comments made from photographs, videos, or other remote information should not be interpreted as a veterinary diagnosis or definitive determination of a horse's physical condition.
This website and the Company's ordinary communication channels are not emergency veterinary services.
Suspected illness, serious injury, colic, neurological symptoms, significant lameness, uncontrolled bleeding, respiratory distress, or another potentially urgent medical condition should be directed immediately to a licensed veterinarian or appropriate emergency veterinary provider.

Working with, handling, boarding, caring for, exercising, and otherwise interacting with horses involves inherent risks.
Texas Chapter 87 expressly includes activities such as boarding, daily care, handling, evaluating, exercising, feeding, transporting, and certain health-management activities within its definitions of farm-animal activities.
Applicable clients and participants are subject to the acknowledgments, releases, waivers, and Texas statutory notices contained in their executed agreements.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
