Are you a mobile or on-site service?
Both! Many of our Athlete Support and Athlete Development services can be provided at your facility or ours. On-Site Recovery & Support Boarding is provided exclusively at our facility. Reach out with what you're looking for, and we'll help determine the best option for you and your horse.
Do you offer individual services or only monthly programs?
Both. We offer one-time and as-needed Athlete Support sessions as well as our ongoing Athlete Development Program. While individual sessions can be helpful, our experience has shown that consistency gives us a much better understanding of the whole horse and allows support to evolve alongside their movement, workload, conditioning, recovery, nutrition, and training.
Do you offer pre- and post-show support?
Yes. Our programs can be coordinated around your horse's competition and training schedule. We consider travel, workload, conditioning, recovery, and upcoming events when developing their support plan.
What do I need to get started?
Just reach out! We'll walk you through our onboarding process and schedule an initial consultation and evaluation. From there, we'll gather the appropriate paperwork, discuss your goals, and obtain veterinary clearance or direction when required before beginning services.
Why do you require veterinary clearance?
Working alongside the horse's veterinarian has always been an important part of how we operate. Veterinary involvement helps ensure our services complement—not replace—the horse's established veterinary care and allows us to work collaboratively with the veterinarian, farrier, trainer, rider, and other members of the care team. Any alternative or therapeutic services are provided only within the scope permitted by Texas law and with veterinary involvement when required.
Why are your services priced the way they are?
Our program pricing is designed to be straightforward and all-inclusive. You won't be surprised by additional charges for routine supplies, program adjustments, or services already included within your selected package. For individual or mobile services, pricing accounts for our time and applicable travel while keeping costs clear upfront.
What if my horse's needs, care plan, or service options change?
No problem—horses and their needs change, and our programs are designed to adapt with them. Changes can be submitted through our designated client forms. For the safety of your horse and clarity of their care plan, requested changes do not take effect until you receive written confirmation from us. Changes involving veterinary-directed care may also require updated instructions or authorization from your veterinarian.
