Individuals who are PIs of the Bridge2AI program, or who have been invited by their Bridge2AI PI

Please click on the Registration tab from home page.

First, please make sure you select the desired the dates first at the reservation site. The default group rate period on the website is from April 13 to April 23. If you click on "check availability" before narrowing down the dates, you may get a "group rate not available for requested dates" message. 

If you choose the dates first and still cannot reserve rooms at the group rate, you may make reservations at the Sheraton Pentagon City at the regular room rate.  After March 27, the group rate will no longer be available. 

Meals are not included with the conference.  Sheraton Pentagon City’s Potomac Tavern offers  breakfast, lunch, and dinner from a World Renowned Award Winning Chef.  There are also several area restaurants offering a wide variety of cuisines.

If you cannot attend the conference, please email us at admin@bridge2ai.org so we may release your room for another attendee.

If you plan to add members please update the F2F Attendance Spreadsheet.

Please provide any AV needs on the AV/Room Requirement Spreadsheet.

Yes, a complimentary hotel shuttle (holds 12 passengers) runs every hour to/from Pentagon City Metro Station:  

o From Hotel to Metro Station: Shuttle runs every hour from 9:30am until 9:30pm. It leaves the hotel on the 30 of every hour. 

o From Metro Station to Hotel: Shuttle runs every hour from 9:45am until 9:45pm. It leaves the metro station on the 45 of every hour.
