(What to try when things aren't working correctly)
For most problems, try to restart your Chromebook!
Option A: Hold the Power button and Refresh 🔄 key at the same time.
Option B: hold the Power key for a long time until your Chromebook
Chromebook is slow or acting up?
Delete all user profiles that are not yours
Check that chrome is updated
in Chrome go to: chrome://help
if updates are available, then follow directions to update & restart your Chromebook.
Web pages not working properly?
Option 1 -delete your cookies and cache
click on the three dots
go to "more tools" and then "clear browsing data..."
change the time range to all time and then clear data.
close chrome and reopen it.
Option 2 - delete all users from the Chromebook
sign out
click down arrow next to profile picture and remove user
remove all users (although there should only be one)
sign in using your email and password.
Screen Orientation incorrect in Computer Mode
use Ctrl + Shift + Refresh until screen is in correct orientation.
Paying for repairs are student's responsibility unless damage is from NORMAL wear and tear.
Parts are not kept in stock. Email help@axtellisd.net if you need something repaired and are going to pay for the repair.
