The selected apprentice will undergo an 18-month apprenticeship program, on a full time basis by working remotely.
The apprentices are required to attend a few technical online courses to ensure they have the fundamental technical skills for their selected track. Apprentices to work on few assignments and discussion forums to improve their job skills.
Periodic reviews: Feedback from employers on the apprentices based on 4 key areas; attitude, job skills, technical knowledge and people (ASK2).
Final project: This capstone project serves as culminating the technical and practical experience of the apprentices.
