Assignment Option #1: Poster
Imagine that your book has been made into a documentary. How would you create a poster that conveys something significant about the events, people, tone, and/or theme of the book while simultaneously attracting a wide audience?
Create a hand-made, 8 ½ x 11” poster that represents at least 3 key aspects of the book.
The poster may be done using any medium or combination of mediums you choose, such as colored pencils, watercolors, collage, etc. but may not be printed or completed using an online program, such as Canva.
On the back of your poster, include three fictional reviews highlighting a specific aspect of the book. Each review should be between 2-5 sentences in length. (Reviews may be typed and printed.)
The poster should be turned in to the library during the first week of school.
