Hello, I'm Raz, and I'm delighted to have you visit my website. Here's a brief introduction to who I am and what you can expect to find here. My areas of expertise lie in both experimental and computational materials, a fascinating intersection that allows us to unlock the potential of innovative materials for a wide range of applications. In addition to my academic pursuits, I've established experimental and computational laboratories where I, along with my dedicated team of researchers and students, continue to explore innovative materials for energy harvesting and storage, and different electronic components including varistors, thermisters, resistors, capacitors, sensors, actuators, filters and beyond. We have all the facilities related to synthesizing functional oxides using a solid-state physical route. Our lab is also equipped with a ferroelectric analyzer, for investigating the ferroelectric behavior of materials. Recently we have installed a mini-cluster in our lab, where we harness the power of cutting-edge technology to conduct Density Functional Theory (DFT) calculations, unlocking a world of possibilities in materials science, chemistry, and beyond.
I'm also deeply committed to mentoring new dedicated students, sharing my knowledge, and igniting their passion for scientific discovery.
