ENROLLMENT PROCESS

• Complete both forms to enroll.

  • Form 1: Civics/US Citizenship Application

  • Form 2: General Rules

• Students will be schedule to take the CASAS assessment. Failure to complete this assessment will result in student being drop from the course.
