I hope all of you are safe and well as we began to start our second semester in a virtual environment. I know we all wish things were different, but the community spread puts us in a position to remain at home. We will continue to support each other and we need you to stay engaged every day with your classes and teachers. Here are a few important announcements for this week:

-Open Zoom for help - Here is an open zoom from 7:30-8:30 this morning if you need help and do not know where to go or there was an issue with your first period schedule.

- We have an altered schedule for M, T. W that is posted to your google classrooms (you will have 1st period on Monday at 8am via zoom and they will explain the schedule for the week as well )

-We will continue to update the schedule with the zoom links for the 9:30-10:30 activities

- Please check your class schedule as some of you may have some changes based on your first semester

- Report cards will be delayed and your first semester grades will not be posted until after January 8th

-Please email your counselor if you have class schedule questions and you can also email and administrator if you have other questions.

- The front gate is closed, but we are available to assist you by appointment if you have to exchange a chrome book. Please email

Apple Valley High School (AVHS) is a comprehensive public four-year high school located in Apple Valley, California. AVHS offers a rich academic program at all levels including Advanced Placement\Honors course offerings and remedial or special needs learning environments. AVHS has an extensive Career Technical Department and a vibrant Visual and Performing Arts Department. AVHS also boasts a multitude of extracurricular and afterschool programs.
