AVMS in Action: Eagles Soaring into Fall
Dear Families and Community Partners,
🍂 As the fall season settles in, our campus is filled with excitement, learning, and teamwork. The second quarter is off to a strong start, and I’m so proud of our students and staff for their continued growth and dedication. Together, we’re creating a positive school culture where every student feels valued, supported, and motivated to succeed.
Important Dates to Remember
Community Festival – Friday, November 8th | 2:00–6:00 PM
Join us for the annual Community Festival, filled with fun, food, games, and entertainment for the whole family! If you haven’t had the chance to meet me yet, please stop by our booth and say hello. I’d love to connect with you in person.
Veterans Day – Monday, November 11th:
School will be closed in observance of Veterans Day. We pause to honor and thank the brave men and women who have served and continue to serve our country.
Thanksgiving Break – November 26th–28th:
Enjoy this time with family and friends! We are truly thankful for our incredible students, hardworking staff, and the supportive families who make our school community so special.
AVMS Spelling Bee - November 18th:
AVMS students will compete in a schoolwide spelling bee for a chance to represent the district.
