Dear Altar Valley Families,
I hope everyone had a great Spring Break and are ready to have an amazing last two months of school! Please be sure to check our website, Facebook, and ClassDojo to stay up to date.
Thank you to all of the Altar Valley Families who completed our schools’ family surveys. Your input is important to us and we plan to use your feedback to continue to build, grow, flourish, and succeed.
Below are a few important dates for the month of April:
Spring Holiday: No School April 7 & 10
Math Textbook Adoption: Please visit our website at www.altarvalleyschools.org to review our Math textbook adoption materials and share your thoughts.
Arizona's Academic Standards Assessment (AASA): The AASA is the statewide achievement test for Arizona students in Grades 3-8. We will begin testing April 4. Please check with your child’s teachers for more information.
Family Fun Night: At AVSD we Build, Grow, Flourish, & Succeed! Join us at Altar Valley Middle School Wednesday April 19, 5:30 – 7:00 pm for our last Family Fun Night. Free Meals for the first 150 people.
Registration: Registrations is open for all new and returning students including Open Enrollment Students in grades PK-8.
