High School Choirs

Avondale High School has four choirs that meet during school hours:

• Mixed Chorus

• Women's Chorus

• Concert Choir

• Women of Concert, who are part of Concert Choir

AHS also has two choirs that are extracurricular, and meet outside of school hours:

• Men of Avondale

• Jazzy Jackets

All Avondale High School Choirs perform during the Homecoming Parade, Winter Choir Concert, Spring Choir Concert and June Pops Concert. High school students also have the opportunity to participate in Solo & Ensemble, District Choir Festival, and often times State Choir Festival. Additionally, Women's Chorus and Concert Choir perform in a Fall Concert, and Concert Choir also performs at Commencement.
