If your club would like to have a fundraiser item added to our webstore, please email Mrs. Fields to make a request.
Club Treasurers and advisors can log in to view their funraiser reports and account balance.

Clubs may not conduct financial activities until all required documents are submitted and training is finished.
If your club plans to host a social media site this year, please submit this form for each platform.
All activities and fundraisers must be submitted 3 weeks in advance. Please plan accordingly.
Fill out the form completely and include any additional forms required:
Cash box request as needed for sales
Expenditure request form for any planned purchases/reimbursements
Food handler's license for any food sales
AVC Facilities forms must be requested from the office. Events must be booked a minimum 6 weeks in advance.
All cash box requests must be submitted at least 1 week prior to the date needed.
Fundraiser summaries will be provided to advisors after the fundraiser is concluded.
Please return the signed summaries to the office to conclude your fundrasier.

Each club can request a purchase order to be opened with the district office to order from Amazon. Plan ahead-- processing timelines can be up to 90 days.
Please submit the completed form to be approved by both ASB and the District Board of Trustees.
Students who will be fundraising or participating in club or after-school activities should have a participation agreement form signed by their parents.
Return this form (double sided) to the Club Advisor for safekeeping.
Required if students will be taking items to sell individually.
IMPORTANT: If the student does not return the unsold product or money, this is the only means to attach charges to student accounts.
Food/beverage sales taking place between midnight and 1/2 hour after school ends must meet state nutritional requirements and be approved by AVUHSD Food Service dept. Use Healthy Snack calculator from AVUHSD Food Services website. Print or screenshot the "This Food Fits" confirmation and turn-in with your request. Food Service will also require a copy of the actual nutritional label from the product you wish to sell.
