One of my goals for for grades 5-8 is to go as "paperless" as possible.  Generally, students will be able to use their Chromebooks for taking notes and completing class activities, but here are some other recommended supplies for class:

-- Pencil case

-- Notebook (may be section of binder or multi-subject notebook)

-- Folder (may be part of an accordion folder)

-- Ear buds (preferably wired)

-- Package of index cards
