Charlize Matthee is a BRILLIANT TRE -facilitator!
I felt so safe and understood!
The sessions occurred online, but it was as if Charlize was in the roooom with me!!!!!
She treated me as a friend, holding me, knowing exactly what my body needed and when!!!! She also provided me with exercises material and some guidelines on breathing so i could start applying the TRE on my own each week after I had finished the 6 weeks' sessions.
TRE has absolutely changed my connection to the body and the way i feel and sleep!!!

It was a gradual realization, but I finally noticed that the persistent nervousness I used to feel is gone. It has been life-changing to stay in the company of others without taking on their emotions or feeling drained, which is a huge shift for someone who identifies as an empath. I’m also breathing easier—literally. My shoulders aren't tight anymore, my muscles feel relaxed, and the constant overthinking has finally quieted down.
Also as if I was more present and grounded. I noticed that it made other relax more too. The underlying tension has subsided to my great relief. Highly recommended!
