In Arthurian mythology, Avalon was known as a place of restoration — a place where healing and renewal happened before the next chapter began.
And in many ancient cultures, Groves were not just trees — they were sacred healing or ritual spaces:
Avalon Grove was inspired by that mythological island.
Bringing forth a physical space where people can step out of survival mode and rebuild themselves through nervous system work.
This practice focuses on helping people:
• Understand and regulate their stress responses
• Work with their body instead of against it
• Develop emotional regulation capacity
• Build resilience from the inside out
I was focused on healing my own trauma and relational triggers and stumbled onto TRE®
with a fantastic counsellor. And immediately fell in love with the process.
TRE® gave me the scientific and practical language to understand how and where trauma, triggers and emotional patterns start and get reinforced.
Once it made sense to me, I fell head over heals for this modality of nervous system recovery work, and opened the doorway to new insights into human behaviour and a desire to learn more.
I have a special interest in helping neurodivergent individuals, highly sensitive individuals as well as high-stress professionals in finding sustainable regulation tools.
The focus is simple:
Less overwhelm.
More capacity.
Real regulation.
TRE® has supported me in 'owning my becoming', and I would love to assist you to own yours.
