My journey into TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) began while exploring my own patterns of stress, emotional reactivity, and nervous system dysregulation. What started as a personal pursuit quickly became a professional calling.
TRE® provided both the scientific understanding and practical tools to explain how chronic stress, trauma, and repeated life experiences become stored within the body and nervous system. More importantly, it demonstrated that the body has an innate capacity to release tension and restore balance when given the right conditions.
This work sparked a deep fascination with human behaviour, resilience, and the profound connection between our nervous systems, emotions, and daily lives.
Today, through Avalon Grove, I help individuals develop greater nervous system flexibility and emotional resilience using TRE® and Access Bars®. My particular areas of interest include supporting neurodivergent individuals, highly sensitive people, entrepreneurs, business owners, and professionals navigating high levels of stress, pressure, and burnout.
My approach is centred on creating lasting change through simple, sustainable practices that help people move from survival mode into greater clarity, capacity, and wellbeing.
The focus is simple:
Less overwhelm.
More capacity.
Real regulation.
Greater emotional and mental capacity.
TRE® has been instrumental in helping me step into my own becoming, and it is a privilege to support others as they step into theirs.

In Arthurian mythology, Avalon was known as a place of restoration — a place where healing and renewal happened before the next chapter began.
And in many ancient cultures, Groves were not just trees — they were sacred healing or ritual spaces:
Avalon Grove was inspired by that mythological island.
Bringing forth a physical space where people can step out of survival mode and rebuild themselves through nervous system work.
This practice focuses on helping people:
• Understand and regulate their stress responses
• Work with their body instead of against it
• Develop emotional regulation capacity
• Build resilience from the inside out
