Authorization

In the framework of the Project Odyssey for Equality, you have made one or several videos highlighting the work performed or the ideas that came out of the Project ; these videos contain your image and/or voice-over (the “Videos”).

By clicking "Agree" here-below, you authorize L’Autre Cercle to store, adapt, use and publish these Videos under the following conditions.

You freely give authorization to L’Autre Cercle.

Your authorization covers the worldwide territory (the “Territory”) and for 20 years from the date of the signature of the present authorization (the “Term”).

The scope of your authorization includes all the internal or external communication related to the Project, especially the final deliverables of the Project (the “Scope”).

The final deliverables of the Project include:

• the on-site presentation on August 18th, 2021 at the Human Rights Forum, Copenhagen,

• a film of about 60 minutes, combining the Videos of the Project participants and presenting the Project and the ideas of the Project,

• a paper publication presenting the Project and the ideas that came out of the Project,

• and any other deliverables.

The Videos might be duplicated, represented, communicated to the public or adapted on any support and by any means currently known or to come, and notably without this list being exhaustive, on paper publications (catalogues, booklets, notices, books, cards, calendars, leaflets…), audiovisual (such as by public presentation, television, film, video and multimedia screenings), digital (including, in particular, by broadcasting on networks such as the Internet, Intranet, mobile applications, social networks/social media, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, e-mail), and generally by all forms of direct or indirect communication to the public using interactive or non-interactive processes.

The Videos may be adapted according to the nature of the support (and in particular by reduction, enlargement, cropping, retouching, modification of the external environment) by all means and processes, under the sole condition that it is not detrimental to it.

You testify that you are fully entitled to grant to L’Autre Cercle the hereby authorization and that you are not bound by any obligation which may limit or be of any hindrance to such right of use.

The present authorization entails the right for L’Autre Cercle to state my first and last names when using my image in the conditions above described.
