Required Forms and Pricing Breakdown:

Below you will find three forms, two that you will need to have turned in by the December 4th deadline. These forms are available in your child's Main Office, or you may print them out here and return to the AMS Main Office with the $30 bus fee- check made out to Austintown Ski Club

Follow the following steps to sign up for 2024! 

I.  Emergency Medical Form

The first is a generic emergency medical form to fill out. 

II.  Equipment Waiver

The second is the waiver form to fill out required by BMBW.

III.  Bus Permission Form

The third is our travel permission form to fill out.

IV.  Sign up with our Austintown group code and pay online by clicking this link

Austintown's group code is BWAS5FRI It is very important to enter this code when registering. Enter this unique group code into the special conditions field. 

Pricing:

Please complete these three forms and return them to the AMS main office along with the one-time $30 bus fee and pay the $319 club dues ( PAIND ONLINE and covers lift pass, lesson/club fee, and rentals)-$30 check made out to Austintown Ski Club and submitted with required paper forms submitted to AMS office

If you have your own Equipment: You still have to pay $319 plus $30 bus fee (no 'a la carte' items this year)

Hard copies will also be located in the main offices of Fitch and AMS as well for your students to take and bring home or you can print using these links if you would like

The Club Program is the most heavily discounted program at BMBW, with savings of almost $400 over the standard snow pass, rental equipment and lesson price. There are NO REFUNDS on this heavily discounted program for any reason, including student removal from the club due to disciplinary reasons invoked by the club advisor, BMBW Ski Patrol or BMBW Management.

Refund Policy (NEW):

Refunds will not be offered this year.

Lesson Details: 

Lesson Start date 1/12/2024

Lessons are one-hour long 

Advisors need to call-in to schedule arrival times, as lesson start times will be staggered and are subject to change. 

Every Participant must have a valid Snow Pass/equipment for the session. 

Lessons are held at Boston Mills/Brandywine or Alpine Valley. Every child must attend the same lesson each week. Makeup lessons are on a case-by-case basis, and are not provided unless BMBW/AV must cancel the lesson. 

FAQ’s: 

Q: May I request a refund?

A: This is a no refunds program. In the event of an injury prior to or at the onset of the program, families may choose to submit their request, with medical documentation, to resort leadership. There will be no refunds due to illness and/or quarantine.

Q: Are helmets required?

A: Helmets are required for children 12 and under. Helmets are highly recommended for anyone 13 or over.
