Dear Austin Parkway PTA Members,
We are calling a special PTA meeting in accordance with our PTA bylaws to vote on a revised 2025–2026 budget that includes a $15,000 donation toward the repair of our school’s canopy. As required by our bylaws, only registered PTA members may attend and vote, and this will be a short meeting with the canopy repair vote as the only allowed order of business.

Date: Thursday, October 23rd
Time: 5:00 PM (right before STEM Night at 5:30pm)
Location: Library, Austin Parkway Elementary
This repair was identified as a campus expense, and last year our PTA agreed to help fundraise toward the project. Thanks to your incredible support, we raised $15,000 of the estimated $20,000 total cost. The school will cover the remaining portion so that the project can move forward. If approved, our $15,000 donation will be earmarked specifically for this canopy repair, with the stipulation that if the project is not completed, the funds will be returned to the PTA.
