Our PTA runs on parent power! Executive Board members and committee chairs work together to lead programs, fundraisers, volunteer efforts, and more. There’s a role for every interest and time commitment—find the spot where you can make a difference.
President
Leads the PTA, presides over meetings, oversees all committees, and serves as the main liaison between the school and the PTA.
1st VP - Programs
Supports the president and oversees committees that facilitate educational and cultural programs such as assemblies, STEM nights, and family events.
2nd VP - Fundraising - Open Position
Leads fundraising efforts throughout the year and supports committees that raise funds to meet the PTA’s budget goals.
3rd VP - Volunteers
Coordinates volunteer efforts school-wide and oversees volunteer committees
Secretary
Takes minutes at meetings and ensures approval of minutes
Treasurer
Manages the PTA’s finances, including budgeting, financial reporting, and handling deposits and reimbursements.
Parliamentarian
Advises on PTA bylaws and procedures to ensure meetings and decisions follow proper protocol.
Legislative
Keeps the board informed about local, state, and national education policies and advocates on behalf of students and schools.
Membership
Promotes PTA membership and manages sign-ups, renewals, and incentives to build a strong, engaged community.
Beautification
Organizes school beautification efforts such as landscaping, garden projects, and event-related decor.
Innovation & Cultural Enrichment
Plans STEM Night, Reflections Art Contest, and Multicultural Night to promote creativity, diversity, and student engagement.
Health & Safety
Promotes student wellness and safety through initiatives like Walk-to-School Day, Red Ribbon Week and Bike to School Day.
Ways and Means - Two Open Positions
Supports fundraising through ongoing efforts like spirit nights, annual Fall and Spring Fundraisers, and spirit wear.
Publicity: Social Media & Website - Open Position
Manages the PTA’s digital presence, including event promotion, announcements, and updating the website and social platforms.
Room Reps
Serves as the PTA liaison for individual classrooms, organizing class parties, teacher gifts, and volunteer coordination.
Volunteer Coordinator - Open Position
Handles volunteer coordination, training, and logging hours to ensure compliance and recognition.
Yearbook – Designer
Leads the design and layout of the yearbook, ensuring a polished and memorable product.
Yearbook – Picture Coordinator
Collects and organizes photos throughout the year, especially from events and classroom activities.
Yearbook – Advertising & 5th Grade Pics
Manages ad sales and coordinates special content for 5th grade students, such as dedications and baby pictures.
Hospitality
Plans and hosts appreciation events for teachers and staff, and provides refreshments for PTA functions
