Winter Band Concert - Monday, Dec. 8 at OHMS (All Band Members)

Our Winter Band Concert is just over a month away. On Monday, December 8th, all band students will perform at 6:30 PM in the O.Henry Gym.  Students need to wear the formal all black band uniform for this performance. Please see the examples below. We are preparing some great holiday music during class to present on December 8th.  Students should also be spending time practicing their music daily at home. 

Beginning Band Uniform 

Red O.Henry Band t-shirt with long blue or black pants 

Symphonic Band & Wind Ensemble Formal Uniform 

Boys - Black dress slacks, black belt, a long-sleeved, black button-down dress shirt (tucked in), solid black shoes, black socks, and a red necktie.  The band will provide the red necktie. 

Girls - Solid black slacks, solid black blouse, or dress shirt, (or solid black dress of an appropriate length), black leggings, and solid black shoes. 

The Winter Concert always seems to sneak up on us so if you need assistance acquiring any part of the formal uniform, please let me know ASAP. This is our first formal performance of the year, so we want to look sharp! We will also wear the formal uniform for all performances in February and March.
