SEL

(Social and Emotional Learning)

Social and emotional learning (SEL) is the process through which children and adults acquire and effectively apply the knowledge, attitudes, and skills necessary to understand and manage emotions, set and achieve positive goals, feel and show empathy for others, establish and maintain positive relationships, and make responsible decisions.

Welcome to the new school year, Dolphin friends! Here is a lovely calendar of activities to you help practice Social and Emotional Learning at home through kindness and self-care.

There are three week's worth of activities, such as taking a nap, talking with a friend, and watching cute animal videos! Taking time to show yourself some love makes the world a better place for everyone. Send me a note on the Counselor Contact Form, and tell me which one is YOUR favorite!
