¡Bienvenidos!

Mi nombre es Antonia M. Vincent, Encargada del Departamento de Lenguaje Dual en Lively MS. Soy de Lima la capital del Perú, egresada  del Instituto Pedagógico Nacional Monterrico donde obtuve mi titulo y  licenciatura en Educación. Recibí el grado de bachiller en la Universidad Peruana Ricardo Palma  y Master en la Universidad de Granada en España.

Mi experiencia como profesora bilingüe comenzó en una escuela italo peruana, en Lima Perú, luego como profesora de español en Nassau - The Bahamas y ahora en Austin Texas como profesora de Lenguaje Dual y AP Spanish. Además trabajo como AP reader para el College Board.

Me siento orgullosa de pertenecer a esta gran familia de Lively.  

Como profesora, puedo ser firme pero divertida. Soy muy empática y mi deseo es  que todos mis estudiantes tengan éxito con el aprendizaje de la cultura y el  idioma español, Por eso establezco altas expectativas para ellos y los aliento a que no  tengan límites y sean persistentes para alcanzar las metas que se propongan.

My name is Antonia M. Vincent Department Chair of the Dual Language Program at Lively MS. I am from Lima, the capital of Peru, graduated from the Monterrico National Pedagogical Institute where I obtained my degree and bachelor's degree in Education. I also obtained a bachelor's degree from Ricardo Palma University and a Master's degree from the University of Granada in Spain.

My experience as a bilingual teacher began in an Italian-Peruvian school, in Lima Peru, then as a Spanish teacher in Nassau - The Bahamas and now in Austin Texas as a Dual Language and AP Spanish teacher. I am also an AP Spanish reader for the College Board.

 I am proud to belong to the Lively family.

As a teacher, I can be firm but fun. I am very empathetic and my desire is for all my students to be successful in learning the Spanish culture and language. That is why I establish high expectations for them and encourage them to have no limits and be persistent to achieve the goals they set for themselves.
