We're thrilled to welcome you to our camp community, where we're dedicated to providing an exceptional experience for every camper. We've outlined some important details to ensure your camper's time with us is safe, enjoyable, and memorable.
Camp Hours:
Our camp runs from 9:00am to 3:00pm each day. Please ensure your pickup your camper promptly at 3:00pm. In the event of an emergency preventing you from picking up your camper on time, please contact the camp teacher immediately.
Late Pickup Policy:
If your camper is not picked up at dismissal, a late fee will be applied. From 3:15pm to 3:30pm, a charge of $1.00 per minute will be incurred. If you arrive past 3:30pm, a flat fee of $100 will be charged.
Snacks and Supplies:
Please note that we do not provide food or snacks at camp. If your camper requires snacks, kindly send them with extra snacks labeled with their name. Additionally, ensure your camper is equipped with any necessary items such as sunscreen, hats, water bottles, or special clothing labeled with their name.
Cancelation
If your child is unable to attend and camp payment has been made, you may request a refund (less a $50 processing fee) before May 1, 2026, by submitting a written request to dillocamp@hillelementary.com. Please note that any convenience fees paid at the time of registration are nonrefundable and will not be included in the refund amount.
