For your written homework submissions, you are required to write out each step necessary to work out the problem. I am looking for proper notation, correct process, correctness, and in some cases an explanation. I think this is an important part of your learning and it will create good practices for you to take into your next courses.
To submit the handwritten homework you may write out your worked out problems scan them and attach the pdf file under the assignment submission. You may write out your problems and take a picture or pictures (if it's of decent quality) and paste them into a word document. These two are the easiest and least time-consuming. Most smartphones produce images of acceptable quality, but try looking at your picture on your file to verify that it is legible before submission. Most of my students prefer one of these methods.
These options must be submitted as a document file or a pdf file.
Another option is to use a word processor like word to type it out. This process is much more time consuming, but some of my students although the number is decreasing prefer this method.
You can also use text submission in Blackboard to write it out. Look for the fx button to bring up the math editor.
