This course offers an introduction to topics such as learning, memory, sensation and perception, personality, life-span development, physiological basis of behavior, stress and health, psychological disorders, social psychology, and research methods. The purpose of a course in Introductory Psychology is to introduce the student to the scientific study of animal and human behavior and mental processes.
