Departments and their respective administrators approve, fund and process departmental memberships.
Renewal invoices must be signed by a department administrator but do not require the approval of the EVP, Finance & Administration.
The department must submit a requisition in accordance with P2P guidelines if the membership is over $1,000.00; otherwise a p-card may be used.
Individual faculty and staff membership in professional associations is encouraged but is not required. These individual memberships must be paid for by the faculty or staff member.
