Registration Changes

Making changes to your course schedule can affect your scholarship, financial aid and/or SAP.

We know that after classes start things may come up and you need to add or drop a class. We want to make sure you avoid any negative impacts to your scholarship eligibility, financial aid awards, or Student Academic Progress (SAP). 

If you're considering adding or dropping any classes, after the first week of classes, follow this guide BEFORE making any changes. This will help you get all the information you need to make an informed decision about changing your schedule.

Follow these steps:

1. Meet with your Success Coach / Success Advocate / Advisor

2. Notify the Career Scholars Financial Aid Representative: facareer@austincc.edu

3. Complete the Making Registration Changes Form by clicking the button below

4. Follow ACC procedure for formally adding or withdrawing from a class/classes
