Cohort Practice Guides

The Cohort Practice Guides (CPGs) provide an overview of the new knowledge, pedagogy, content, and skills shared with teachers in learning cohorts to ensure that instructional leaders can support the translation of theory to practice. These documents provide a lens for classroom observations and should serve as a guide for instructional leaders to monitor and support implementation of the new learning.
