Drinking Fountain Upgrades @ (10) Sites

Replaced drinking fountains at (7) stations.  Upgrades include interior & exterior bi-level ADA bottle filling stations, abatement of existing materials, plumbing supply piping and waste connections, electrical connectivity, framing, ceramic tile and plaster finish, and painting.

SoCalREN-HVAC & EMS Upgrades Project 

AUSD is participating in the Southern California Regional Energy Network (SoCalREN) Public Agency Program. The SoCalREN Public Agency Program identifies energy saving measures and works side-by-side with agency staff from designing performance specifications through construction to help accomplish energy efficiency projects. As part of this program, energy efficiency measures (EEMs) included in this Scope of Work are HVAC Unit Replacement, HVAC EMS Integration, Demand Control Ventilation, Supply Fan VFD Retrofit, and Economizer Retrofits.
