• Game Plan Survey: The game plan survey is an opportunity for students to share what their goals are after high school, what steps they have taken to reach that goal, who their supports are, and what additional resources they need from VPP. 

• Transition Lessons (Lessons that support a smooth transition throughout high school): "Challenging Myself," "Working Hard," "Mastering Homework"

• Self-Discovery Lessons (Lessons that support self-exploration and aid students in goal planning and better advocating for their needs): "My Unique Self," "Participating in My Life," "Working with My Teachers"

• Financial Literacy Lesson (Lessons that helps college bound students better understand financial options and paying for college): "Paying for College," "Financial Aid Options," "Preparing for the FAFSA"

• Resume Lessons (Lessons that support students as they plan for their future after high school-whether that be going to college, technical school, the work force, or military): "My Personal Brand Statement," "Building My High School Resume," "Enhancing My Resume"
