Hazel Health has partnered with APS Options Homeschool Program to provide access to quality mental health and health care services for all students, at no cost to families. Telehealth therapy sessions through Hazel Health are a safe space and confidential. If you are interested in learning more about Hazel therapy contact Mrs. Covelli, Options School Counselor. If you are looking to refer your child to Hazel therapy, please call 1-800-76-HAZEL (42935) In case of emergency call 911.
