Hazel Health
Hazel Health has partnered with APS Options Homeschool Program to provide access to quality mental health and health care services for all students, at no cost to families. Telehealth therapy sessions through Hazel Health are a safe space and confidential. If you are interested in refering your child to Hazel therapy, please call 1-800-76-HAZEL (42935) In case of emergency call 911.
