Athletes & Parents

sports registeration:

   Starting 26-27 school year, sports registration is now within your Campus Parent login. Please follow the steps below to register:

• Login

• Click "School Store" on the drop-down menu on the left

• Click "Shop" 

• Click "View" under the sport you want to register for

• Open the "Recipient" drop down. Select the student you want to register

• Open the "Activity Options" and select your payment method (Pay Online, You will need to pay IC online to submit. Pay In Person, you do not need to pay to submit your registration and the fee will be added to the student's account. Payment arrangements can be made within the Athletic Office). 

• Click the "NEW-APS HS Athletics Registration Form" link. (Under Select Contacts 1: Select your zip code and your parent/guardians email. Under Guardians 1: Select your parent/guardians first and last name. Click "Create Form" and Agree to accept the terms and conditions

• Enter required information indicated in Red

• Click the signature icon to open the signature dialog. Click "Sign" to apply signature.

• Click "Submit". The page will be redirected to the first screen. You can upload their physical here or turn in a hard copy to the Athletic Office OR the Trainer (NOT your coach). 

• Click "Add to Cart". If paying online, fill out necessary information, if not just continue. 

• Click "submit" at the bottom left of the screen. Click "Yes" to complete registration.
