About Mr. Phillips

I was born in San Jose, CA. Then moved to CO when I was 2 years old. I graduated from Broomfield High School in 2005. I continued my Studies at CSU (Go Rams) and graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Secondary Mathematics. After teaching 8th grade math and an integrated high school level class in Bennett, CO for three years, I transferred to Fox Ridge Middle school. While teaching 7th grade, I completed my masters degree through the University of Phoenix in curriculum and instruction. I then moved to Columbia Middle School in Aurora Public Schools and back to teaching 8th grade math for the last 7 years. Now I am teaching 8th grade math at Harmony Ridge P-8! I have over a dozen years of teaching under my belt and know the ins and outs of almost all secondary level mathematics standards. 

I love the Harmony Community and am excited to get to know all my students both inside and outside the classroom!
