Google Classroom and Classflow

Classflow connects with Google for both logging into accounts and collecting student information from Google Classroom. Google provides a simplified workflow to include students into the work. To see how Google connects to Classflow, watch the videos below. If you currently use Google Classroom, import your classes to begin sharing lessons and activities with your students.

Important Notes:

  • You need to sign in as a teacher AND use your Google account to sign in
  • Teachers with Classflow accounts cannot be in your Google Classroom to sync.
  • Students will need to use their Google sign in the first time they log in (Click on the Red G+ to sign in afterwards.)
  • Sync your classes
  • Students will need to join or enroll a class to receive assignments.
  • Students will need to be in the aurorak12.org domain

Tasks for September 15 Inservice:

  • Create your account using Google Sign on
  • Go to Classes->New->Import Google Classroom
  • If you have the log in for one of your students, log in on a Chromebook and see the student environment.
    • Log in to device
    • Go to prod.classflow.com (Student Log In)
    • Click on the G+ (You may need to click twice or allow popups
    • Input student credentials
    • Accept Legal Terms
    • When you get to My Feed page, Student can enter their class code to join the session.
