Team Donations
The Track and Field program is funded 100% by parent donations to the program. These fees go towards bus transportation, equipment replacement, timer and judge fees, meet entries, coach stipends, and more. To donate, please go to this site to make your donation.
Uniform Top
For new athletes, you must purchase your own uniform top. This will be a one time purchase. If we change the uniform during your four years, we will replace it. Cross Country runners can use their uniform. And for

Solid Black running shorts or tights should be worn with your uniform. You can purchase at the team store below, online, or at local sports stores.

For those who have registered already on SportsNet, make sure you are medically cleared. You can verify by logging in. We will let kids know on the first day of practice too.
Athletes who have not participated in a sport in the 2024/2025 school year, every parent must create a parent/guardian user account on SportsNet to register their athlete for Las Lomas Sports and submit a new season medical clearance form before they can join any practices. For all athletes planning to participate, please login to SportsNet and select Track and Field. This will add you to the team roster. If you have any questions about the process, please ask one of the coaches.

Basic Requirements for Competition
Athletes are required to participate in practice at least 4 times a week to compete in the league meets unless athlete has talked to the coach about other conflicting activities. For Athletic PE credit, athletes must meet the practice requirement and compete in the 5 league meets and League Championships if they qualify.
We practice and compete rain or shine.
Winter Sport Overlap
If you are still competing in your winter sport after February 10th, congratulations!! Don't worry. We look forward to you joining when you can!!
Events
For new athletes who don't know the events, we will allow you to try different events to see which ones will be the best fit
Needed Equipment
Practice - shorts, shirts, running shoes, sweats, rain gear, water, protein and nutrition bars for post practice
Competition - Returning Athletes can use their uniform from last year. Uniforms for new athletes will be purchased by the athletes through the school. Link coming soon. We will be discussing competition shoes the first week of practice.
