Requesting Transcripts

Community Colleges AND 4-year Colleges/Universities: students must use Parchment. Please follow the directions below.
If you request on parchment now, please be sure to put the request on hold for final grades - AT the end of 2nd Semester
If you want to wait to submit the request, wait until after May 30th to request a final transcript.
If you qualify for free/reduced lunch, the fee will be waived if you wait to place the request AFTER May 30th. Students who qualify can get up to 4 free transcripts.
Parchment Transcript requests:
You should use a personal email, NOT your student Gmail.
You do not need a school code to create your account on Parchment

NCAA
Go to the NCAA website, http://www.ncaa.org/student-athletes/future/eligibility-center, you will need to register. Once you have completed the registration process you will receive a NCAA ID#. Email that information to our records clerk Mrs. Rodriguez. Your transcript will be uploaded to the NCAA website.
NAIA
Go to the NAIA website, https://www.playnaia.org/eligibility-center, you will need to register. NAIA will accept your transcript from www.parchment.com.
For the Military, please email our records clerk, Mrs. Rodriguez, at rodriguez_gl@auhsd.us
For your Dual enrollment courses at Cypress College, check the Cypress College website and follow the directions. ( If you took a class at Fullerton or any other Community College, follow the same process).
