KHS Counselors will be presenting course selection information to current KHS students starting January 12th through 10th & 11th History classes and 9th grade Science classes. Students will receive a Course Registration Card and Grade-Level Course List to choose classes for the 26-27 school year. Some classes are hyperlinked on the Course List with promotional videos and flyers. Additional information about all classes may be found on the AUHSD Course Catalog here.
Pre-Enrolled Incoming Students: Download and complete the appropriate grade-level course selection card and email it to our Counseling Secretary, Mrs. Zubiate at: zubiate_l@auhsd.us. We look forward to meeting you next school year!

Current Students: Using the Grade-Level course list given to you by your school counselor, write down the Course Number and Course Name (ex: MA300 for Integrated Math 3) on the Course Registration Card. Use the Registration Card to enter courses into eKadence (under Academic Planner) for the 26-27 school year.

A parent/guardian signature on the front of the card
Read and sign the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on the back of the card if you plan to take an HP/AP/IB course.
Enter courses in eKadence
Bring your registration card and transcript to the Career Center on your designated pick-up day. You will meet with a KHS Counselor who will review your courses and your graduation status.
Complete the Fall Sports Interest Form if you plan to take a Fall Sport (this is an AUHSD form and only accessible to students to complete)
Complete the A-G Summer School Form if you wish to remdiate classes for A-G eligibility (this is an AUHSD form and only accessible to students to complete).
Students who require summer school to meet graduation requirements will automatically be signed up for summer school by their grade level counselor.
