During your program, friends and family may place a direct-dial call to you.  Before your departure, CGEE will provide you with direct-dial emergency numbers for the places you will be staying.  It is much less expensive to call from the United States to El Salvador than vice versa.  Most of the accommodations CGEE uses do not have phones in the rooms.
