Hi! My name is Kellie Whipple, and this is my 14th year teaching. I have always taught primary aged students, and am thrilled to be your child's 1st grade teacher this year! I am an Auburn School District graduate, and received my Bachelor's Degree from Central Washington University. In 2019, I earned my Master's Degree from WGU in learning and technology.

My husband and I will be celebrating our 14th wedding anniversary in October, and we have a 7 year old son who is also in second grade this year. I enjoy riding my bike, reading, going on vacation, and gardening. I can often be found cheering my son on at his soccer and baseball games, as well as attending his golf lessons. A fun fact about me is that we have an English Mastiff named Sadie, and she is 10 years old.

I am eager to start the school year, and am looking forward to getting to know you and your family. I am excited to see the progress the students will make over the course of the year because this is such a magically age where a lot of learning takes place.
