Thank you for attending our Training Series. We hope the sessions are beneficial to both you and your students.
Please read carefully:
All teachers will be able to receive up to 7 hours of Professional Rate pay for the training series. Pay is limited to 7 hours, clock hours are limited to 10 hours.
Sessions will be marked with an *asterisk* and labeled if they qualify for STEM, Equity or Leadership
STEM Clock Hours:
Each STEM qualifying course will now feature a task on STEM Careers and Integration instead of a separate STEM Careers course. This task is designed to have multiple avenues to explore STEM Careers for you to learn from. If you choose to complete more than one STEM qualifying course in this Training Series please complete the STEM Careers task in each course before claiming STEM clock hours.
For All Training Series Sessions:
Verification of attendance for pay and clock hours requires a two step process.
Step one: To receive payment for attendance and clock hours, you must fill out the attendance survey, Please complete attendance survey after completing all training you plan to, . You are only able to complete the attendance survey once.

Please note there is an important change to how attendance, pay, and clock hours are being processed for this training series. Depending on the session you attend, different forms must be used. Please review the information below carefully to ensure you receive pay and clock hours correctly.

Step Two: Requesting clock hours online is now very easy with pdEnroller. Please read the NOTE at the end of this email regarding the automatic upload of these clock hours to E-Certification.
Here are the instructions to request your clock hours ONLINE:
Log in at: https://www.pdenroller.org/clockhours/claim (if you aren’t already logged in to pdEnroller, you will be prompted to log in)
Enter the Clock Hour Claim Code for your class(es)
Click “Find Event.”
Enter the number of hours you are claiming in “Hours Attended.”
Agree to the affidavit by clicking in the box to the left of, “I swear/affirm….” Click “Submit Clock Hours.”
Check that your Profile is up to date. (“Update my Profile” in the upper right)
Complete the Clock Hours Checklist.
After your attendance has been verified by Auburn School District, you will receive an email indicating the class now appears on your clock hour transcript. It will include instructions for accessing your online transcript. Please allow up to 30 days for attendance verification.
*Important Notice:
Attendance Verification The district will bulk upload your attendance and submit your claim for clock hours as inputted by you. You will receive an email confirming the class is on your clock-hour transcript after upload is complete. Please allow up to 30 days for verification. Once verified, the district is unable to modify if the input is incorrect.
By submitting your clock hour claim code, you are swearing/affirming that you earned the clock hours you designated based on actual attendance at this in-service and that you are not also applying for college/university credit for this course. You also certify (or declare) under penalty of perjury under the laws of the State of Washington that the information provided is true and correct. It is your responsibility to accurately submit the hours you earned. Intentional misrepresentation of a material fact in this submission may subject the certificate holder to revocation of their certificate, pursuant to Chapter 181-85 WAC.
Note: Your clock hours earned in pdEnroller can be automatically upload to E-Certification the night all clock hour processing steps have been completed. This includes completing the clock hour survey, and having attendance verified. To link your E-Certification account to pdEnroller, click the following link: https://www.pdenroller.org/ecert
Payment for participation will not be processed until after the close of the series on March 8th, 2026 at 5:00 pm.
