All teachers will be able to receive up to 7 hours of Professional Rate pay for the Fall training series. Pay is limited to 7 hours, clock hours are limited to 10 hours.
STEM Clock Hours:
It is required that you complete the STEM Careers session + sessions in two or more STEM-related (Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics) content areas to receive STEM Clock hours.
STEM Clock Hours will be made available for certificated teachers who: Complete the STEM Careers session and sessions that include two or more STEM-related content areas. STEM qualifying sessions will be noted on the series website as "STEM Qualified Session".
Equity Training Hours:
For the 21-22 school year all staff are required to complete seven hours of equity training. Qualified sessions, that are a part of the training series, are noted on the website with an asterisk (*). For those staff who have not participated in the Deep Equity Cohort trainings, ATLA 3.0 Equity training, or Glenn Singleton's Courageous Conversations, please plan to attend an equity session offering labeled as "pre-requisite" before choosing other equity session offerings.
For All Training Series Sessions:
You must fill out the attendance survey linked below along with the electronic evaluation linked in the attendance survey in order to be paid and receive your clock hours. You are only able to complete the attendance survey once. Please ensure all sessions are completed prior to filling out the form. Clock hour forms will need to be printed off, the link is available at the end of the evaluation.
Payment for participation will not be processed until after the close of the series on October 1st. Pay cannot be claimed after October 1st.
