Audrey holds a Bachelors in Special Education from Western Washington University and a Masters degree from City University. Since first starting in 1983, Audrey has taught special education grades K-12, general education history, geography, and leadership. Audrey also coached high school volleyball for 23 years and served as a school athletic director for 6 years.
In her free time, Audrey loves to garden, quilt, read, play cards, hike and spend time with family. She also has one very spoiled cat named Bubbles.
Justeen McDonald holds a Bachelors in Special and General Education from Texas State University. She is currently working towards her Masters in Education through Easter Washington University. Originally from Austin, Justeen has taught in various special education classrooms since moving to Washington state five years ago.
Justeen has found a passion for working with young adults. She loves witnessing them grow as individuals and learn skills in which they will use in their community and life outside the classroom!
In her free time, Justeen enjoys camping and kayaking the beautiful destination spots WA state has to offer, curling up and lounging with her precious cats, and re-watching my favorite movies and shows!
Megan White holds a Bachelor's in Education from Fresno State and a Masters degree from Seattle Pacific University. Megan loves the learning, growth, experiences, and of course, the fun of TAP!
Megan was born and raised in California and moved to Washington in 2015. She is a mom to two teenagers and a golden retriever named Cooper who keep her very busy. Megan's favorite place to visit is Maui, Hawaii. Aloha!
Gina holds a Bachelors in English and Creative Writing, with a Masters in Communication Sciences and Disorders. As the Speech Language Pathologist that works with all the TAP Young Adults, Gina is passionate bout providing collaborative, integrated Communication services through direct and indirect therapy methods.
Born and raised in Northern California, Gina lives in Puyallup with her fiance and cat-child Gordon. When she isn't at work, she enjoys working out, watching the Padres, attempting to figure out PNW gardening, and spending time in her favorite place--the kitchen!
Our students work with a fantastic team of about a dozen para educators, as well as Transition Specialists, Speech Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists and School Psychologists as needed and determined by their IEPs. All of our staff are vital members of our team and help make TAP the awesome program that it is.
