Students are expected to follow the 4 B's all throughout their school day. In PE, this is what it looks like:
Be Respectful
Respect in PE means taking care of yourself, others, and our equipment.
Be Responsible
Being responsible in PE means wearing appropriate PE attire, making safe choices, following rules, and taking care of our equipment and each other.
Be Kind
Being kind in PE means using good sportsmanship by saying nice words, sharing, helping others, and making sure everyone feels included.
Be Safe
Being safe in PE means using your body and equipment carefully, following directions, and looking out for others.
Classes who demonstrate giving their BEST effort by following the 4 B's will be awarded a PE star. The Golden Shoes trophy is awarded monthly to the top class with the most PE stars. Classes who show growth in each of these 4 areas are also eligible for the trophy.
Does your class have what it takes to earn The Golden Shoes?
During class, students can be awarded an "Eagle Buck" if they were able to demonstrate the 4 B's and were extra helpful. These tickets are used to enter a drawing for a prize at the end of the week.
